Balance Elemental was founded to provide a safety based fitness system focused on the natural elements (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, Fire) with personal support for students to release their inhibitions and body bound emotions through the development of their own individual dance style using the vertical pole and sensual dance movements.

We currently offer ONLINE LESSONS to help students develop their exotic dance skills in private at their own pace as well as provide feedback and encouragement through email or scheduled chat session with an instructor. Our online classes can provide the student with an entire exotic dancing training system or simply complement your current local dance training with additional tricks, variations, and modifications.
