Balance Elemental was founded to provide a safety based fitness system focused on the natural elements (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, Fire) with personal support for students to release their inhibitions and body bound emotions through the development of their own individual dance style using the vertical pole, sensual dance, and aerial movements.
